Jack J. Salisbury

Attorney

A native of Los Angeles and a graduate of the UCLA School of Law and Stanford University, Jack has been practicing family law exclusively since the beginning of his career.

Jack is experienced in taking cases from start to finish, whether this entails requesting initial orders, conducting discovery, or preparing for trial. He has represented countless individuals in family law matters involving high-conflict custody and visitation matters, complex property division issues, spousal support, child support, restraining orders, and post-judgment modifications. Jack is well-versed in working with forensic accountants and other professionals in the context of family law proceedings, including but not limited to vocational evaluators, estate planners, appraisers, custody evaluators and therapists.

Above all, Jack is driven by doing right by his clients. Depending on what the situation calls for, this could mean winning in court or negotiating a favorable settlement out of court. He understands the practical and legal nuances of high-end family law advocacy and applies “first principles” thinking to crafting court pleadings, which has served him well throughout his career. He has also been fortunate to gain substantial courtroom experience and the practical skills to go along with this experience.

Jack is a lifelong sports fan and enjoys watching football and basketball in his spare time. As an undergraduate, he served as the Managing Sports Editor of the Stanford Daily, during which time he had the opportunity to interview and report on the likes of Richard Sherman and Jim Harbaugh.
